Video of the week: EastPoint P&O talks about plagiocephaly

August 12, 2013
Rachel Bennett

In this video of the week, you may spot some familiar faces.

DRS Health, Inc. recently invited EastPoint Prosthetics & Orthotics to discuss plagiocephaly and cranial remolding helmets as a part of its Google+ Hangout on Air series — and we’ve got the video!

DRS Health provides proven and effective all-natural nutritional support products to surgical patients, shortening the time of recovery and more. The company also hosts web discussions with top practitioners on various medical subjects, such as eye health and wound care.

The leader of our talk is Bradford Lowry, vice president of marketing and medical liaison of DRS Health. Joining him are moderator Joe Napolitani, who owns marketing group Plethora LLC, and Amanda Raby. Raby is a rehab coordinator and physical therapist at Innovative Senior Care and is also the mother of Cadence Raby, a child EastPoint successfully treated for plagiocephaly.

As for the EastPoint staff, CP BOC/O certified prosthetist and orthotist Brent Wright and Raleigh office administrator Rachel Bennett are on hand to discuss their experiences with cranial remolding helmets.

Watch the video below to learn all there is to know about the helmets and plagiocephaly, including how much a helmet costs, what the wearing process is like and more!
