Rachel Bennett The internet can be a daunting place, especially for teens, but in one instance, it brought two young women from different continents together over a shared unique trait: They were both born without left arms.
For eight years, Sarah and Paige have kept in touch and shared each other’s experiences online after their mothers met through the International Child Amputee Network.
Although their hometowns are in Indiana and New Zealand, they quickly became best friends and were awarded recently the opportunity to meet in-person for the first time.
