McKenna Dahl is literally a “shooting” star, rising to the top as a competitive rifle shooter with hopes of competing in the 2016 U.S. Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro. At birth McKenna was diagnosed with Amyoplasia Arthrogryposis, a condition involving impaired fetal muscle development, which results in joint contractures (stiffness) that limit movement. At age 12, McKenna first discovered her love for shooting while at a summer camp and now, at 18 years old, she is already a member of the USA Shooting Team and has medaled in numerous competitions and events. You can follow McKenna on her road to the 2016 Paralympics at https://www.facebook.com/mckennasdream.
